The Vineyard Membership is $195 per year.

Your membership begins on the date of purchase and remains active for 12 months. Your benefits reset when your membership renews for another year.

Yes. The Vineyard Membership automatically renews every 12 months at the then-current annual membership price until canceled.

The payment method saved to your customer account will be charged when the membership renews. You will receive an email reminder before your renewal date.

Members receive one complimentary third night per membership year when reserving an eligible two-night vineyard stay.

The complimentary benefit covers the base rate of the third night.

The stay must be completed during your active membership period and is subject to bungalow availability and applicable blackout dates.

After purchasing your membership, please contact us before completing your Airbnb reservation. You may email us or send an inquiry through Airbnb with your preferred dates.

Once we confirm availability and eligibility, we will apply the membership benefit to your Airbnb reservation.

The complimentary third night may be redeemed once during each active membership year.

Members may also receive access to preferred rates or special lodging offers throughout the year when available.

Blackout dates may apply. All bungalow reservations and membership lodging benefits are subject to availability.

Members may receive advance notice of selected bungalow dates before those dates are announced publicly or released through our regular booking channels.

Early access does not guarantee that a particular date or bungalow will be available. Reservations are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Event tickets are not included unless specifically stated. Members receive early notice of selected events and the opportunity to purchase tickets before they are offered to the general public.

Some informal or members-only gatherings may be complimentary.

The membership provides priority access to limited releases and seasonal products. Products are not complimentary unless specifically stated and must be purchased separately.

Availability will vary depending on each year’s harvest and production.

Because many of our wines and estate products are made in limited quantities, members may be invited to reserve or purchase them before they are released to the public.

Priority access does not guarantee that every product will be available in every membership year.

The Vineyard Membership is associated with the purchasing member’s household. The member may share applicable experiences and benefits with one accompanying guest.

Membership benefits may not be transferred, resold, or used for reservations made on behalf of unrelated third parties.

You may cancel future renewals at any time by signing in to your 27 Vines customer account, selecting My Account, then Subscriptions, and choosing Cancel Subscription.

Canceling automatic renewal prevents future membership charges. Your membership and benefits will remain active through the end of the period you have already paid for.

An unused membership may be canceled within seven calendar days of the initial purchase for a full refund.

After seven days, or once any membership benefit has been redeemed, membership fees are non-refundable. Canceling automatic renewal does not generate a refund for the current membership period.

A renewal payment may be refunded when requested within seven calendar days after renewal, provided no membership benefit has been redeemed during the renewed membership period.

Bungalow reservations are governed by the cancellation policy displayed on Airbnb.

Canceling a bungalow reservation does not cancel your Vineyard Membership or extend your membership period. Contact us if the complimentary-night benefit was attached to a canceled reservation so we can determine whether it remains available for another eligible stay.

We may occasionally refine the membership program or introduce additional benefits. Any material changes affecting an existing membership or its renewal will be communicated in advance.

Benefits are subject to availability, and certain seasonal products, lodging dates, and event opportunities may vary from year to year.
